The Oceanfront Sundeck is on the second floor of the house located at Philadelphia Street and the Boardwalk. The Oceanfront Sundeck is a studio unit with a shared sundeck facing the ocean and the beach, and has a fully-equipped kitchen.

Great view of everything — just walk across the lawn and the boardwalk into the sand beach and down to the ocean. You can’t get any closer than this!

Following a spectacular renovation in May 2017, this unit features a beautiful kitchen, full bath with tub and shower, a king size bed and king size trundle bed, cable with 42″ flat screen TV, dining area, and lots of light.

This unit is approximately 600 square feet. There is one parking space assigned on the premises; please make sure to park in your designated space only. Check-in time is on Sunday after 2:00 PM and check-out time is Sunday at noon. Bring your own linens (towels and bed linens). The unit must be left clean and ready for the next family on check-out. The unit will be clean when you check-in.

Located on the Boardwalk, you can walk to anything in Rehoboth from this location — restaurants, shopping, bike & scooter rental, and more — and let your children walk down the boardwalk to the amusements which are close by. Only one block to St. Edmund’s Catholic Church and other local churches. Close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet.
