Rules and FAQs

• All rentals are by the week from Sunday to Sunday
• Rates are not usually discounted in the off-season
• We do not rent partial weeks during the season
• We do not allow parties, unregistered guests, pets, or smoking on the premises
• Children must be 7 years or older

Linens

The Pickwick Oceanfront normally does not provide sheets and towels, however we do provide pillows and blankets. If you are flying and not driving, please advise. Bed sizes are covered in the description of each unit.

Cleaning

Each unit will be clean before you check in. Please leave it clean for the next guest when you check out.

Other Considerations

Please be aware that the Pickwick Oceanfront is located in a residential area with many people living here full-time. We ask that you be courteous and keep the noise level to a minimum.

Directions and Parking

Enter our address into your GPS to Pickwick Oceanfront: 401 South Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971

From US 50 take State Rd 404 toward Rehoboth and the beaches, go right on the Coastal Highway and follow the signs to Rehoboth Beach, follow Rehoboth Avenue east until you are one block from the ocean and go right on First Street, continue on First about 4 blocks until you come to Philadelphia Street, go left on Philadelphia Street until the end of the street. The Pickwick is the last house on the right at the end of the street.

Pull into our our driveway on the right behind the house and call my brother Bill (302-227-7507). He will come out and show you to your assigned parking space. All guest parking is assigned; this will be your space for the week. Please do not park in any other space.
